1. Our Fixed-Price Guarantee
100% Fixed Pricing
All product prices are set directly by B&C Supplies management and are non-negotiable. No salesman, agent, or representative has the authority to alter, discount, or inflate any price listed in our system.
No Hidden Fees
The price listed on your official digital invoice is the exact and final price you will pay. There are no additional service charges, handling fees, or markups applied at any stage.
Sales Representative Limits
Our field representatives cannot alter prices under any circumstance. If any individual claiming to represent B&C Supplies attempts to charge you a different rate than what appears on your official digital invoice, please report it immediately to our management team via the contact page. Such conduct is a direct violation of our Code of Conduct and will result in immediate termination.
2. Ordering and Payment Process
Official Invoicing Only
An order is only valid once an official digital invoice is generated from the B&C Supplies system. Handwritten receipts, verbal agreements, or invoices from unofficial sources are not recognised and will not be honoured by B&C Supplies under any circumstances.
Payment Before Dispatch
Full payment must be confirmed through our approved payment channels (Monnify payment gateway — card, bank transfer, or USSD) before any materials are dispatched from our supplier network to your site. Materials will not be released on credit unless formally agreed in a separate written contract.
Order Modifications
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, no changes can be made to the quantities, specifications, or delivery address. Please verify all details carefully with your sales representative before finalising payment. Any errors reported after dispatch will be treated as a return claim.
3. Delivery and Site Logistics
Direct Fulfilment
All deliveries are managed strictly by the B&C Supplies logistics team. Sales representatives are not permitted to personally transport bulk materials, intercept deliveries, or handle goods on your behalf outside of the official logistics channel.
Site Access Requirements
The customer must ensure that the delivery site is clearly accessible for our transport vehicles on the scheduled delivery date and time window. Narrow access, locked gates, or obstructed entry points must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. If a site is inaccessible upon arrival, a secondary delivery attempt will attract additional logistics charges.
Receiving Goods
A designated site manager, contractor, or the customer themselves must be physically present at the delivery site to receive and sign off on the delivery manifest. B&C Supplies accepts no responsibility for materials left unattended at any site without a signed acknowledgement.
4. Inspection, Returns, and Refunds
On-Site Inspection Window
Customers must inspect all materials and electrical supplies immediately upon delivery while the delivery crew is present. Any damages, shortages, wrong items, or specification discrepancies must be noted directly on the delivery manifest and formally reported to B&C Supplies within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.
Accepted Return Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges exclusively for defective materials confirmed to be faulty at the point of manufacture, or incorrect items supplied due to an error on our part. We do not accept returns for surplus materials ordered by mistake, items that were correct at the time of delivery but subsequently damaged on-site, or materials that have been partially used or installed.
Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds for undelivered or confirmed defective items will be credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of the approved claim. Refunds are processed through the same Monnify gateway channel used for the original payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
Scope of Responsibility
B&C Supplies acts as your supply and logistics partner. We guarantee the quality and specification of materials as described on your official invoice at the time of delivery. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods delivered under your order.
Force Majeure
B&C Supplies shall not be held liable for project delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, civil unrest, road closures, or disruptions in the supply chain from our bulk suppliers.
Post-Delivery Misuse
We are not responsible for any defects, failures, injuries, or losses arising from the misuse, incorrect installation, or improper storage of materials after a successful and signed delivery handover. The customer assumes full responsibility for materials once the delivery manifest is signed.
6. Salesman and Representative Conduct
No Manual Invoices
Our sales representatives are strictly prohibited from issuing handwritten receipts, personal invoices, or verbal price quotes. The only valid proof of purchase is an official digital invoice generated directly from the B&C Supplies platform.
No Price Alterations
Representatives cannot negotiate, discount, or inflate prices under any circumstance. The pricing backend of our platform is system-locked and inaccessible to field representatives. Any attempt to bypass this constitutes fraud.
Reporting Misconduct
If you suspect a representative is acting in bad faith — charging prices not matching your official invoice, demanding cash without generating a digital receipt, or misrepresenting B&C Supplies — contact us immediately via our contact page or call our management line. All reports are investigated without delay.
7. Account and Platform Use
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any orders placed through your account are assumed to be authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately and change your password.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, placing orders, or interacting with our platform. False information — including delivery addresses, contact details, or organisation names — may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the B&C Supplies platform to place fraudulent orders, attempt to manipulate pricing, reverse-engineer system architecture, or engage in any activity that disrupts platform availability or security. Violations will result in permanent account termination and may be referred to law enforcement.
8. Governing Law
Nigerian Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from transactions or interactions with B&C Supplies shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Oyo State, Nigeria.
Updates to These Terms
B&C Supplies reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our platform or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
